Two identical cameras, perfectly aligned, facing the subject. One operated by a remote control in hand to the subject. The other driven by me, behind the lens. We try to take pictures at the same time. Sometimes we take the same time, sometimes in a few moments away, randomly and without premeditation.
Born of the pair of portraits. And self-portraits. In which the meaning of authorship is distorted.
Where – sometimes almost invisible – the difference is the key.
